Why the answer is no
Cardiovascular work relies on holding your heart rate up for a sustained period. A reformer class works in sets, with changes of position and spring in between, so it’s intermittent by design.
You might well finish warm and breathing hard. That’s not quite the same as twenty unbroken minutes of aerobic work.

What a sensible week looks like
Something aerobic you actually enjoy, some resistance work, and something that keeps you moving well through a full range. Reformer covers the third comfortably and helps with the second. It isn’t trying to cover the first.
A brisk walk up the hills counts, and you’ve got some of the loveliest in the country right there.
Short on time
Express is thirty minutes of efficient full-body work, which fits alongside running or cycling without taking your whole evening.
